Hello! I wouldn't say I'm an expert on Assassin gameplay or anything, but as I understand it you mostly just add points into DEX equal to your character's level. I heard that you don't even need the 25 DEX to job adv anymore (someone might want to fact check me on that), so in that case it may be most optimal to just pump straight LUK until lvl 20, and then from 21 - 25 just add straight DEX until you get 25 DEX for the meba (though I'm not sure how much this would affect your accuracy - you might want to add like 10 DEX or so earlier than that). The meba has a faster attack speed than the other claws, and I believe I remember somebody telling me that the attack speed cap was raised so that a meba with claw booster is still faster than a "fast" speed claw (like the guardians for ex.) with claw booster. Again, somebody might want to fact check me on that. Lastly, I would suggest making a female Assassin, unless you really just want to make a male character, because of the fact that only female thieves get a class-specific overall - being the lvl 35 avengers. As of now, there are no scrolls for DEX/LUK for tops and bottoms - only for overalls. Won't make a huge difference, but it should help at least with early - mid game power.
