Making the Medicine

Mong from Kong in Kerning City might know about a cure for a phobia of Stirge. I have my doubts about whether Mong from Kong in Kerning City truly knows anything about Stirge, but as he says, I should look for the materials needed to craft the medicine. I need to defeat Bubbling and Stirge around Kerning City and collect 10 Bubbling's Huge Bubbles and 10 Stirge Wings. Only characters at Level 17 or higher can complete this quest. I delivered the materials required to craft the medicine for the Stirge phobia to Mong from Kong in Kerning City.
