Asking After Jake, the Town Resident

It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with his work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center. Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to check on Jake, a resident of the city. Let's go see how Jake is doing. Only characters at Level 12 or higher can complete this quest. I checked on Jake, a resident of Kerning City. In a city like this, no news is the best news.
