Asking After Bruce, the Town Resident

It looks like Arthur, the town clerk, is looking for someone to help with his work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Henesys Town Hall. Arthur, the town clerk, asked me to check on Bruce, a resident of the town. Let's go see how Bruce is doing. Only characters at Level 12 or higher can complete this quest. I checked on Bruce, a resident of Henesys. I'm glad to see he's doing well!
