Looking for the Red Cape

Let's go to Pia in Henesys. Pia also asked me to retrieve the Red Cape that Rina in Henesys borrowed, to give it to her friend too. She'll give me something nice if I bring it back to her. I went to Rina to get Pia's cape, but Rina told me that she's keeping the cape until Pia brings back what she borrowed from her.
