The Forums Are Opening Up

A big step forward has been added to BasilMarket. Discord verification is now added and tested. Users who verify through Discord are now able to create posts on the forums. Captcha has also been added to registration to help keep account creation cleaner and safer as the site continues growing. A beginner forum section has been added as well, giving newer users a place to post, ask questions, and start getting involved. This is a big step toward making the forums more active and usable again. BasilMarket is still a work in progress, but more features are starting to come together.
